Swimming is a lifelong skill which enable you to participate in water sports for leisure or for competition. In some cases, this skill might able to save your life or even a life of your friend.
ADULT SWIMMING LESSONS are customized to the needs of the student. Beginners with no swimming experience will be delighted to see their first move and student with experience will see how they can swim in a more efficient and effortless motion. For those 1-1 student, you will be taught in a rectangular pool with min disturbance & I will video take your first move with "Swim Coach Plus" software. I will show you the improvement you have done and analyse your mistakes.
